These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Managed Security Services, LLC d/b/a Cyber Security Services (“Cyber Security Services,” “CSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our public website located at https://www.cybersecurityservices.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and, if accessing on behalf of an entity, are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Cyber Security Services provides professional cybersecurity consulting, including penetration testing, Virtual CISO services, incident readiness, risk assessments, cloud security architecture, compliance support, and other managed security consulting services (“Professional Services”). The Website provides general company information, cybersecurity guidance, and contact mechanisms. The Website does not itself provide cybersecurity services, security guarantees, or vulnerability assessments. All Professional Services are governed by separate Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, or other contractual documents and are not governed by these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. You agree to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Access to the Website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability, downtime, or loss of access. We may restrict access to some or all of the Website at our discretion.

Responsible Security Research: Security researchers must coordinate testing through our Vulnerability Disclosure process by contacting security@cybersecurityservices.com before conducting any testing.

8. User Content and Feedback

If you submit comments, testimonials, suggestions, ideas, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Cyber Security Services a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use such content for any lawful business purpose. We are not required to treat submissions as confidential or to compensate you.

9. Third-Party Links and Resources

The Website may link to third-party websites or resources. Cyber Security Services does not control and is not responsible for external content, accuracy, security, or availability. Access is at your own risk and does not constitute endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
